When you engage the Portfolio Optimization Review and complete our intake form, we collect:

• Personal identification: Full name, email address, profession
• Financial portfolio data: Property addresses or nicknames, property values, purchase prices, rental income, operating expenses, mortgage balances, interest rates, debt structure, occupancy status across up to 8 or more properties
• Investment information: Goals, risk tolerance, decision-making processes, portfolio concerns, and answers to 12 diagnostic questions
• Payment information: Processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card numbers, bank account numbers, or wire details on our own systems.
• Communication data: Emails and messages exchanged during the engagement, including Review Call and Handoff Session correspondence

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide exclusively to:

• Perform the full quantitative Portfolio Optimization Review you paid for, across all 8 analytical sections
• Build your personalized report, Python models, monitoring dashboard, and decision framework document
• Communicate with you about your engagement, scheduling, and findings
• Send follow-up information directly related to your engagement
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

Your portfolio data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We store your intake form responses, models, and reports in password-protected, encrypted environments accessible solely to Rollie Khay for the purpose of performing your engagement. We retain your data for a maximum of 12 months following completion of your engagement, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Payment processing: Stripe
• Email and calendar: Zoho Mail and Zoho Calendar
• Video calls: Zoho Meeting
• Form collection: Our intake form hosted at www.viregenix.com

6. Your Rights

7. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

8. International Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Our lawful basis for processing your data is the performance of the contract you entered into when engaging our service.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
