• Investment information: Goals, risk tolerance, decision-making processes, portfolio concerns
• Payment information: Processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card numbers on our systems.
• Communication data: Emails and messages you send us

We use the information you provide exclusively to:

• Perform the quantitative portfolio analysis you paid for
• Prepare your personalized diagnostic before your call
• Communicate with you about your session and findings
• Send follow-up information directly related to your engagement

Your portfolio data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. We store your intake form responses and analysis in password-protected, encrypted environments accessible solely to Rollie Khay for the purpose of performing your diagnostic. We retain your data for a maximum of 12 months following your session, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
