By booking and paying for a Portfolio Diagnostic Call with Viregenix LLC and Rollie Khay ("Provider"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
The Portfolio Diagnostic Call is a 30-minute quantitative analytical session priced at $197 USD. The service includes:
This is a complete analytical session. It does not include ongoing advisory services, implementation support, or any further engagement beyond the 30-minute session unless separately agreed in writing.
The Portfolio Diagnostic Call is an educational and analytical service only. Nothing provided during or after this session constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice. Payment of $197 USD is required in full at the time of booking, processed through our secure payment provider. By completing payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that information submitted is accurate.
All payments are non-refundable once the intake form has been submitted.
Upon submission of the intake form, the Provider immediately begins quantitative preparation work — including data input, model building, correlation analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and preparation of the diagnostic document. This work takes 1–2 full working days and represents significant time and expertise invested on behalf of the Client. Because this preparation begins immediately and cannot be undone, no refund will be issued once the intake form has been received, regardless of whether the Client attends the scheduled call.
No-Show Policy: If the Client does not attend the scheduled call without prior notice, no refund will be issued. The session is considered delivered and complete. The Provider will have already invested 1–2 days of preparation work on the Client's portfolio prior to the scheduled call time.
Pre-Intake Exception: If the Client has completed payment but has not yet submitted their intake form, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days upon written request to support@viregenix.com.
All analytical frameworks, models, methodologies, and documents provided by Viregenix LLC remain the intellectual property of Viregenix LLC and Rollie Khay. The Client receives a personal, non-transferable license to use findings for their own portfolio management purposes only. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share the Provider's methodologies or documents without prior written consent.
Viregenix LLC treats all Client portfolio data as strictly confidential. Client financial data will not be shared with any third party except as required by law. The Provider may reference anonymized, aggregated portfolio characteristics for educational purposes with all identifying information removed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viregenix LLC and Rollie Khay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or reliance on the diagnostic session findings, including but not limited to investment losses, missed opportunities, or financial decisions made based on the analysis provided. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client ($197 USD).
Viregenix LLC is registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of the State of Wyoming.
