By engaging Viregenix LLC and Rollie Khay ("Provider") for the Portfolio Optimization Review, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before completing payment.
The Portfolio Optimization Review is a complete quantitative engagement priced at $10,997 USD, delivered over approximately 2–3 weeks. The engagement includes:
This is a complete, single engagement. The $10,997 investment covers the entire process from intake form through final handoff.

Nothing provided during or after this engagement constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice. Payment of $10,997 USD is required in full before the engagement begins. Payment may be made by credit/debit card, ACH bank transfer (US clients), or wire transfer, processed through our secure payment provider. By completing payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that information submitted is accurate.
5.1 — Before the intake form is submitted. If the Client has completed payment but has not yet submitted the portfolio intake form, and requests a refund for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days of the written request to support@viregenix.com.
5.2 — After the intake form is submitted — non-refundable. Once the Client submits the completed intake form, the Provider's analytical work begins immediately — including data input, model building, correlation analysis, efficient frontier construction, Monte Carlo simulation, and preparation of the full report. Because this work begins immediately upon submission and cannot be undone, no refund will be issued once the intake form has been received, regardless of the stage of the engagement or whether the Client attends the Review Call.
5.3 — Review Call no-show policy. If the Client does not attend the scheduled Review Call without prior notice, no refund will be issued. By the time the Review Call is scheduled, the Provider has already completed the full quantitative analysis and written the report — representing the substantial majority of the engagement's work. The engagement is considered substantially delivered and the Client retains access to the completed report by email regardless of attendance.
5.4 — Handoff Session no-show policy. If the Client does not attend the scheduled Handoff Session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
The Provider targets a total engagement timeline of 2–3 weeks from intake form submission to final delivery and Handoff Session, structured as follows: data collection (upon intake form submission), building models and running analysis across all 8 sections (8–12 days), writing the report (3–4 days), Review Call (1 hour), revisions and final delivery (1–2 days), and the Handoff Session (60 minutes). This timeline is a target based on typical portfolio complexity and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Portfolios with an unusually high number of properties, incomplete intake data requiring follow-up, or unusual complexity may extend this timeline. The Provider will communicate proactively if any phase is expected to exceed the stated range.
All analytical frameworks, models, methodologies, and documents provided by Viregenix LLC remain the intellectual property of Viregenix LLC and Rollie Khay. The Client receives a personal, non-transferable license to use the final report, Python model files, monitoring dashboard, decision framework document, and implementation roadmap for their own portfolio management purposes only. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share the Provider's methodologies or documents without prior written consent.
Viregenix LLC treats all Client portfolio data as strictly confidential. Client financial data will not be shared with any third party except as required by law. The Provider may reference anonymized, aggregated portfolio characteristics for educational or marketing purposes with all identifying information removed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viregenix LLC and Rollie Khay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of or reliance on the Portfolio Optimization Review findings, recommendations, models, or tools, including but not limited to investment losses, missed opportunities, or financial decisions made based on the analysis provided. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client ($10,997 USD).
Viregenix LLC is registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of the State of Wyoming.
